i found the location very convenient for exploring the city. the room was super clean, and the daily cleaning service maintained this standard. the breakfast buffet provided a good variety of options, catering to different tastes. i also appreciated the staff's helpfulness in arranging transportation.

i noticed the air conditioning was a little noisy during the night.

The breakfast was acceptable.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. I woke up with a backache every morning. The noise from the trams passing by outside made it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep with the window open.

I found the location convenient. The tram stops were right outside the door. I appreciated having an outdoor garden area. The staff accommodated all my trip bookings and questions. They were always ready to help.

A minor inconvenience was the limited number of tv channels.

The room had black out curtains. The bathroom included both a shower and a bath (very useful for my sore muscles!). The staff at the reception and in the dining room were really helpful.

The street-facing rooms are prone to some noise, so light sleepers might want to request a room facing the courtyard.
